About me

I am an atomic physicist currently working at SandboxAQ. My past research has centered around the development of highly sensitive magnetometers based on atomic vapors or defects in diamonds, and using these quantum devices to detect magnetic fields originating from within the human body, as well as arising from anomalies from batteries, and even from moving plants. I am driven by my passion for atomic physics, and for applying my knowledge to applications that extend the boundaries of our collective knowledge.

While my key activities are, unsurprisingly, experimental physics, you may also find me, cooking, playing the banjo, climbing rocks or perhaps practising Capoeira.
